Home building insurance through SWSCU covers damage to your home-specifically to the building structure, fittings and fixtures, including garages, gates and in-ground pools. If your home is damaged or destroyed by any insured event you'll be covered for all reasonable costs to rebuild at today's market value up to the limit you have selected, less any policy excess.
