Membership Application

Thank you for choosing South West Slopes Credit Union

All we need are a few details and your membership and account will soon be open. Before proceeding with this application, you need to know the following information: You will need to be 10 years or older to open an account, however children under 18 may have insufficient identification to be verified online. If this is the case, please attend a branch to open your membership or contact South West Slopes Credit Union. For children under 10 years please contact South West Slopes Credit Union. Membership confers rights and obligations under South West Slopes Credit Union’s Constitution, a copy of which you can obtain on request. Member shares are issued on an unpaid subscription price which is payable only as and when required by the Corporations Act. South West Slopes Credit Union will open the membership and account once acceptable identification has been provided and the callable membership shares have been acknowledged.
